Just read and be unimpressed of the level of arrogant and colossal stupidity...

So they want to shut off the power for one hour to save electricty? Why just only one hour? Since they are so concerned for energy savings then shut down for perhaps 2,3,4-8 hours at night... Maybe they should restrict lights to only during PM hours.

Just another reason to never ever get drunkenly stupid.
