Im pleasantly surprised to know that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (9th Circus) have given
the US Navy the permission to resume submarine warfare sonar testing off of Southern California. Previously environmental zealots have succeeded with sympathetic judges to stop testing for various reasons with the so called intention of protecting marine life. In reading the comments section of the link, about 25 of the 30 were typically ignorant and foolish liberal mindset; thinking only of the marine life or totally dismissive of the military.
